Registration Obligations
Users must provide accurate information and protect login credentials.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials—including EEpath™, Aloha Advantage™, coaching frameworks, worksheets, images, videos—are owned by CMY Consulting LLC or licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
Group Coaching & Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and may not record, screenshot, or distribute session content without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and content are provided “as is” without warranties.
Limitation of Liability
CMY Consulting LLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages. The sole remedy is discontinuing use of services.
Binding Arbitration Agreement
All disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Users waive class-action rights.

Termination
